1. Identity and address of the data controller

Urbana Ixhuatepec, Ecatepec de Morelos, State of Mexico, C.P. 55349, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

We may request and process, by way of example and not limitation, the following data:

We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or misuse. However, no method is 100% secure; in the event of a breach that significantly affects your rights, we will notify you in accordance with applicable regulations.

8. Data retention

We will retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes and applicable legal obligations. Afterwards, we will delete or anonymize it.
